About

Touch2Tech is a creative component library inspired by the physical world.

Touch2Tech blends physical-world metaphors with modern digital UI to create components that feel intuitive, fun, and familiar.

From switches and sliders to dials and loaders — every piece is built to reduce cognitive load and spark creative design.

Design shouldn’t feel disconnected.

In a world of flat and minimal design, Touch2Tech explores how physical references can enhance usability, accessibility, and creativity.

This project is part of a wider research study to understand how real-world analogies can help users better connect with interfaces — emotionally and functionally.

A Research-Driven Project

Touch2Tech is part of an MA in Creative Technology at the University of Salford.

It explores how skeuomorphism, affordance theory, and tangible thinking can influence modern UI design across web and app platforms.

Hi, I’m Kusal — designer, researcher, and UI explorer.

I love blending imagination with function.

Touch2Tech started as a passion project and evolved into a research-backed platform — one that bridges physical intuition and digital design systems.

Let’s build interfaces that feel alive again.
